Place the unwashed and unworn items back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is fully processed.
