Spring Oats (5 lb.), Cover Crop Seeds

Oats are often used as a cover crop in rotation with vegetables because they grow quickly and are easy to terminate. If you plant oats in the early spring, they can be tilled in for a quick source of organic matter. Oats can be planted alone or mixed with a variety of other cover crops for added benefits.
