Its deep reddish-orange color is retained even after freezing. Enjoy the full, sweet crunch and flavor of these round carrots, the size and shape of young turnips, especially in rocky or heavy soil
When and Where to Plant- Prefers full sun but can tolerate some shade. Will grow best in deep loose, well-drained soil. Sow directly into the garden rather than starting indoors and transplanting.
