Enjoy its glossy green or bronze leaves and colorful stems in colors ranging from gold, pink, orange, purple, red, and white. Harvest young for a lighter, more flavorful experience. 

When and Where to Plant- Sow 2-4 weeks before your last frost date when soil temps are at least 40°F. Sow as late as 2 months before first fall frost. If starting indoors, start 4-6 weeks before final frost date.

Care and Harvest- You can begin harvesting when leaves reach usable size. Remove a leaf or two from each plant, or cut plants an inch or two above the soil.
