The Story

Seed treated with fungicide

About- Bravo has performed well from the Deep South in winter to the North in summer. Large round heads are uniform in size and have a beautiful blue-green color. Use close spacing (10-12 in.) for market and wide spacing (18-24 in.) for sauerkraut. Mid-season, sweet flavor, crack-resistant.

When and Where to Plant- Start indoors and transplant outside 2-3 weeks before your last expected frost. Will germinate in temperatures as low as 40°F. Prefers an area with full sun and slightly acidic, moist soil. 

Care and Harvest- Harvest cabbage as soon as the head is firm all the way through when you squeeze it. Cabbage is a heavy feeder, so be sure to fertilize often.
