Lake Valley Heirloom Seed
No pollinator garden is complete without this North American native. A favorite of hummingbirds, bees, and butterflies. The leaves of this herbaceous perennial make a lovely tea, with notes of citrus and mint.

Sprouts In: 14-21 days
Sow outdoors in early spring through summer, up to two months before first fall frost. Can be started indoors six to eight weeks prior to planting outside. Transplant when nighttime temperatures are above 50°F. Prefers full sun to part shade and fertile, well-drained soil.
Harvest lightly the first season to allow plants to develop. Harvest leaves before plant flowers, by cutting back tops 6”. Use fresh and store refrigerated for up to a week, or dry for use in teas.
